Available Shifts Coverage Needed:

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:

7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3:30 PM coverage may also be considered)

Saturday & Sunday:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Case 11-year-old pediatric patient with quadriplegia secondary to a brain tumor Requires G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care Suctioning support throughout the day at home and school Cough assist treatments Wheelchair dependent Assistance with transfers, positioning, and mobility needs Consistent daytime schedule Supportive and engaged family What You'll Do Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability Administer and monitor G-tube feedings Perform suctioning and airway management as needed Administer cough assist therapy and monitor respiratory status Assess for changes in condition and communicate updates appropriately Assist with mobility, positioning, and activities of daily living Collaborate with the family, school personnel, physicians, and Affirmed Home Care clinical team to ensure continuity of care Complete accurate clinical documentation

Pay Rate RN:
