Looking for infusion nurse for busy oncology private practice. Ideal Skill set

start IV access ports and picc lines
administer all injections SC and IM (b12, procrit, lupron, sandostatin ect)
administer IV hydration, IV iron
review and call all abnormal labs and imaging that MD may order and discuss with MD
assist in paper work (disability, family leave, prior authorization)
be familiar with EMR and document accordingly in the MAR
be comfortable monitoring patient receiving chemotherapy (or be willing to learn from MD)
be a good team player and can work with people from different backgrounds
be able to follow infection control policies in setting of
