We believe in treating every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect, and we're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our commitment to excellence in senior care. Responsibilities Overseeing and delegating medication administration to CMAs Charting and maintaining accurate medical records Conducting and reviewing resident assessments Wound documentation and review of managed risk agreements Participating in an on-call rotation for medical emergencies reporting directly to the Director of Wellness Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and team members Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Why Join Spring Oak?
