Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, high-acuity care for a ventilator- and G-tube-dependent client in a private home setting. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, attention to detail , and the ability to operate independently while maintaining hospital-level standards of care . Compensation & Schedule $90/hour premium pay Available shifts: 12HRS AM & PM Must be flexible and available to work both AM and PM schedules as needed Candidates must be willing to cross-train on: One (1) daytime shift One (1) overnight shift Consistent availability and schedule flexibility are required to support continuity of care Key Responsibilities Deliver direct, hands-on critical care in a home environment Monitor and manage complex cardiac, neurological, trauma, MICU, and CVICU conditions Perform ventilator management and airway care Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans Collaborate with the care management team to ensure continuity and quality of care Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition Qualifications Active NJ RN license (required) Minimum 2+ years of critical care experience in high-acuity clinical settings

BLS & ACLS
