Contributes to a safe, inclusive environment, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and acts as a preceptor. Requires diploma from an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, BLS certification, and critical care certification (CCRN or ECCO). Preferred candidates have a BSN, critical care experience, and certifications like ACLS and PALS. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing activities like kneeling and CPR.
