Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs. Provides education tailored to learning priorities and promotes health literacy. Uses information technology and data to monitor care outcomes and support continuous improvement. Works effectively within inter-professional teams, fostering respectful communication and shared decision-making. Contributes to a safe, inclusive environment, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and acts as a preceptor. Requires diploma from an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, BLS certification, and critical care certification (CCRN or ECCO). Preferred candidates have a BSN, critical care experience, and certifications like ACLS and PALS. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing activities like kneeling and CPR.
