Nurse will be responsible for conducting patient admissions, following through with plan of care, providing wound care, and other nursing care as needed. Registered Nurse, Home Health DETAILS-- Territory is comprised of specific zip codes in a the Greater Wilmington, DE - very doable coverage area ! Position is full time and pay is guaranteed on a bi-weekly basis ! Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $ 75000 to $107,000 . Additional Per Diem rates for any overtime visits completed! Conduct 5-6 in-home visits per day for adult and geriatric medicare patients living across the Greater Wilmington, DE Large organization with a very consistent census, ability to keep RNs in more specific territories due to their size! Home care branch has supportive Nurse managers and Nurse Educators that are experienced and seasoned in the industry. Successfully trains hospital nurses and long term care nurses to transition into home health, with many long-tenured staff members. Registered Nurse, Home Health REQUIREMENTS-- EITHER, Min of 2yrs recent experience Med/surg , Telemetry or Critical Care or Emergency Room OR, a Min of 1yr recent experience with geriatric population and wound care Valid nursing license or the ability to acquire Nursing license.
