Active and unencumbered RN license (state eligibility required) Minimum of one year of recent experience in a rehab or long-term care setting Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and patient care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities BLS certification (additional certifications may be required)Responsibilities & Duties:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings Develop, implement, and revise care plans tailored to individual patient needs Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes Provide patient and family education and support Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation in the EMR Adhere to best practices and facility protocols for safety and complianceBenefits & Perks:
