Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) BrightStar Care - Clinton, NJ BrightStar Care of Clinton is hiring a full-time Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients throughout Hunterdon County and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

Current NJ RN license or multistate/compact RN license allowing practice in NJ Minimum 2 years of home care/home health experience Current BLS and ACLS Reliable transportation Must be comfortable performing independent home visits Strong assessment and clinical skills

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during home visits Obtain and document patient history Provide wound care and infusion therapy Administer and manage medications Follow physician orders and plans of care Monitor patient condition and report changes Educate patients and families Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals Complete required clinical documentation The ideal candidate is a reliable, compassionate, and professional RN who is confident performing assessments and providing skilled nursing care independently in patients' homes.
