What You'll Do Assess and monitor residents' health status throughout your shift Provide nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan Admit, transfer, and discharge residents following facility procedure Document care and medication administration accurately and on time Contribute to care planning, resident assessments, and evaluations Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being

What You'll Need Required:

Active RN license in New Jersey 1+ year of nursing experience
