Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the staff nurse plans, provides, and documents nursing care provided to our culturally diverse population of clients. Responsibilities include performing initial and quarterly assessments, writing quarterly care plans, monitoring vital signs, documenting MAR and activities of daily living, and writing trigger notes, as well as communicating health care information to family members and health care providers in the community. Bilingual a plus but not required. Willing to consider entry level applicants. No weekends, no overnights, full or part time available.
