School Nurse (RN) - 1:1

Horizon Healthcare Staffing is searching for a dedicated nurse in Bergen County, NJ! We currently have a need for a nurse to work one-to-one with a special needs student in school. The student requires all day in school care as well as transportation assistance.

School Nurse Job Details:

Provide one-on-one nursing care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and addressing any health concerns or emergencies that may arise. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with parents, healthcare providers, and school personnel to meet the unique needs of each student. Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on the student's health status and progress. Advocate for the student's health and educational needs within the school setting, ensuring that they have access to appropriate accommodations and support services. Why Apply?
