What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements the organizations Quality Assurance Improvement plan in accordance with the mission and strategic goals of the organization, federal and state regulations and accreditation standards. Leads, facilitates and advises internal QAPI teams. Collects and summarizes performance data, identifies opportunities for improvement and presents findings to the team. Educates and trains the leadership, staff, and business associates as to the QAPI plan and their responsibilities in carrying out the QAPI program. Analyzes data elements used in patient care planning and evaluation and insures they are aligned with Serenity Hospice's standard of care. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Valid NJ RN License or LPN license required. Hospice experience required. Quality assurance experience required. Data analysis experience strongly preferred. Must have reliable transportation with liability insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
