This leader will oversee patient care delivery, departmental operations, staffing, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for Emergency Services Lead all human resource, staffing, budgeting, and fiscal management functions Drive quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with JCAHO, DOH, OSHA, EMTALA, and other regulatory standards Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered culture Partner effectively with physicians, nursing leadership, and hospital administration Mentor and support managers, coordinators, and frontline clinical staff

Qualifications Required:
