Part-time Position Overview:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the operational scheduling of the restaurant and ensures that proper staffing per productivity goals are executed. This position facilitates leadership time and meeting scheduling.

Director of Stewardship Wage:

$20hr (10-12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Staffing:

Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed to serve our guests in all dayparts while meeting productivity goals.

Meeting coordination:

Facilitate scheduling leader meetings, 1-1's and leadership time requests.

Strategic Scheduling Planning:

Utilize and update scheduling tools to forecast staffing needs.

Team Member Care:

Communicate and support team members with scheduling needs as needed Key Performance Indicators Completion of schedules no later than Friday 1.5 week before posted schedule

Productivity:

Meet weekly scheduling budgeting goals Scheduling all quarterly check-ins Scheduling all Ryan's Leadership Roundtables Weekly communication to the FLT recapping posted schedule

Required Skills:
