Hunterdon Health is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join the team at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. This is an opportunity to join an established team of 4 neonatologists and newborn hospitalists providing care across a 6-bed Level II NICU, newborn nursery, and 10-bed pediatric unit . Position Highlights Flexible scheduling with primarily 12-hour shifts Options may include 7-on/7-off or other mutually agreed-upon rotations More than 800 deliveries annually Approximately 120 NICU admissions and 230 pediatric admissions annually Cross-cover NICU, newborn, and pediatric inpatient services Collaborative team with dedicated NICU and pediatric nursing support Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program National NNP certification Eligible for or currently licensed in New Jersey Current NRP certification Neonatal clinical experience or appropriate NNP training Ability and willingness to care for both NICU and pediatric inpatients Experience with neonatal procedures including PPV, CPAP, intubation, LMA, UVC/UAC, IV/IO access, and lumbar puncture is preferred.
