Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Assess patient needs through triaging and collaborating with cardiologists and advanced practice professionals in a team environment.
• Working closely with hospital team, scheduling patient cardiovascular procedures for our structural heart, electrophysiology and interventional patients.
• Educate patients in all aspects of their care, including pre/post procedures and interventions.
• Reviewing laboratory and testing results and any subsequent care to patients.
• Comprehensively documenting all assessments, interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborate as a team with physicians and APP's.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Job is primarily located in our Flemington office but traveling to our Bridgewater office is required when needed.

Competitive salary based on experience.
