Royal Health & Wellness is seeking energetic and ambitious nurses to join our growing wellness and medical spa team. This is not your typical nursing position. We are looking for individuals who are confident in IV administration, thrive in a client-facing environment, and are excited about helping grow a rapidly expanding business. Our ideal candidate is personable, professional, sales-minded, and motivated by opportunity. Responsibilities Administer IV therapies, vitamin infusions, and wellness injections safely and efficiently Perform client assessments and review medical histories Educate clients on available wellness, recovery, and aesthetic services Call/Cold call recent and potential clients on services Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer experiences Promote memberships, packages, and treatment plans when appropriate Exceed expectations by showing client retention Generate referrals and contribute to practice growth Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records Support community events, wellness partnerships, and promotional activities Duties Administer IV infusions accurately and safely, including medications, fluids, and vitamins Perform venipuncture and IV insertion using sterile technique Use sales strategies to incorporate new business partnerships/events for our services. Implement mobile IV services for clients away from the clinic itself. Monitor patient vital signs and assess their response to therapy Maintain our spa to the highest level of cleanliness Maintain detailed medical documentation within EMR/EHR systems. Educate patients on IV therapy procedures and post-treatment care Manage catheter care and troubleshoot infusion-related issues promptly Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to prevent complications Support emergency procedures such as allergic reactions. Qualifications Active RN license in New Jersey Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and wellness solutions Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in aesthetics, IV therapy, concierge medicine, wellness, or sales is preferred but not required This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment that is continuously growing where your expertise can significantly impact patient outcomes in one of the best locations of New Jersey.
