Job Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes alongside our highly skilled and compassionate team.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Implement and evaluate individualized care-based patient individual care plan and patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness. Assist in diagnostic evaluations and procedures. Provide specialized care for the individual patient in their home. Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Valid NJ State Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical skills with experience in areas such as infection control, diagnostic evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing care. Other qualifications mandated by the State for In Home Care. Must be able to meet the physical demands of clinical patient care.
