Local contract Job Requirements At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required, preferably in an Emergency Room or acute care setting Active New Jersey RN license or compact state eligibility, if applicable Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department environment Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills Current certifications as required by the facility and unit standards Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and support timely treatment interventions Monitor patient status, document clinical findings, and communicate changes to the care team Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions according to physician orders and nursing standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Apply now to join a dedicated healthcare team and take the next step in your Emergency Room RN career in Harrison Township, New Jersey.
