License:
Must have an active New York RN license in hand
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent experience•Med/Surg•Wound and Colostomy experience
Certifications:
BLS & CWOCN/CWCN/CWS/WCC
Job Duties:
Conducts health assessment interview focused on wound, ostomy, and continence related care. Performs focused physical assessment, develops plan of care based on the diagnosis and individual client needs. Recommends medications and treatments as appropriate.
