The Community Health Educator Screening RN will participate in health fairs and other community events to provide health resources, education, and/or clinical screenings. This role is responsible for all aspects of event execution, from preparation and transport of materials to data collection and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Associate's in Nursing. Proficient with standard office and medical screening equipment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience in community health education or a similar role. Bilingual skills.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. Valid Driver's License from a USA state. BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!
