Per Diem Job Summary The Keansburg Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our growing outpatient primary care practice on a per diem basis. We are specifically seeking a pediatric-focused Nurse Practitioner who is also qualified and experienced in providing primary care to adult patients . This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking for a flexible per diem position in a community-based primary care setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing independent patient care while collaborating with our physician and clinical team. Responsibilities Provide primary care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults Perform pediatric well-child visits and routine adult wellness examinations Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and common primary care conditions Conduct developmental and age-appropriate pediatric assessments Provide preventive health screenings and anticipatory guidance Manage appropriate chronic health conditions Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications within scope of practice Provide and/or order age-appropriate immunizations Educate patients, parents, and caregivers regarding treatment and preventive care Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers when indicated Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Qualifications Current and unrestricted New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license Current national certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) Experience and appropriate qualifications to provide primary care to adult patients Current New Jersey prescriptive authority Current BLS certification Strong pediatric assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills Adult primary care experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Outpatient primary care experience preferred DEA registration preferred, as applicable Schedule Per diem Flexible scheduling based on provider availability and practice needs Outpatient office setting No inpatient responsibilities About The Keansburg Wellness Center The Keansburg Wellness Center is a new community-based primary care practice committed to providing accessible, high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to individuals and families in our community. Pay:

$75.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 15.0 per week
