School Year Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time school nursing position in Lakewood, NJ. This role is ideal for a nurse who is comfortable providing care for students with complex medical needs and working independently in a school setting. Responsibilities Provide nursing care and support to students throughout the school day Manage and monitor students with complex medical needs Provide care for students with G-tubes, trachs, seizures, cerebral palsy , and other medical conditions Administer medications and treatments as needed Monitor students for changes in condition and respond appropriately Communicate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers as needed Maintain accurate nursing documentation and health records Qualifications Active New Jersey RN license School nursing or pediatric nursing experience required Experience caring for medically complex students preferred Must be comfortable with G-tube care, trach care, seizure management, and students with cerebral palsy Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and confidently in a school environment Full-Time | Contracted School-Year Position | Benefits Available Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $52.00.
