Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our residential treatment team. This role is responsible for overseeing the medical needs of clients, ensuring safe medication management, and supporting the clinical team in delivering comprehensive care. This is a daytime position with no overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial nursing assessments and ongoing health evaluations for clients Administer and monitor medications in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Monitor clients for withdrawal symptoms and changes in medical status Collaborate with medical providers, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR Respond to medical concerns, incidents, and emergencies as needed Provide health education and support to clients throughout their treatment stay Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey (required) Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance use treatment strongly preferred) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Experience with medication administration and documentation systems (EMR experience preferred) CPR/BLS certification (required) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in substance use disorder treatment or mental health settings Familiarity with ASAM levels of care and withdrawal management protocols Experience working in residential or inpatient settings What We Offer Competitive hourly rate ($46/hour) Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends required) Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' recovery How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
