We are a Joint Commission-accredited home-care provider (ID 751690), licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Health Care Service Firm (license

).Compensation:
$65 per assessment visit, paid weekly. Per diem with flexible scheduling.Duties:
- Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments for home-care clients
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Provide clinical supervision to HHAs, caregivers, and LPNs
- Communicate with families and physicians
Requirements:
- Active unencumbered NJ RN license
- Current BLS/CPR
- Home-care assessment experience preferred (OASIS a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass background check
- Strong documentation skills Service area: Maplewood, NJ (1980 Springfield Avenue, Suite 2) and client homes across Essex, Union, Bergen, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic counties.
