Complete and submit MDS assessments (MDS 3.0) accurately and on time Coordinate interdisciplinary input for care plans Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Optimize reimbursement under PDPM through accurate coding Audit clinical documentation and educate staff as needed Monitor quality measures and support performance improvement
