Job Description
Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON RN) to support clinical leadership in our resident-centered post-acute and long-term care community. The ADON oversees daily nursing operations, supports staff education and mentoring, and helps ensure regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and best practices in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Collaborating closely with the DON and interdisciplinary team, this role promotes compassionate, person-focused care, strong communication, and continuous improvement to help residents reach their highest level of independence.
