Qualifications & Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) or critical care setting Current certifications in BLS and ACLS; PALS and TNCC are highly valued Demonstrated proficiency in triage, assessment, and responding to trauma and acute illness Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced situations

Key Responsibilities:
