Requirements & Qualifications:

Active New Jersey School Nursing RN license (no LPNs, please). Previous school-based nursing experience required. Comfortable working throughout the district, overseeing caseloads and entire school buildings. Able to adapt and respond promptly to health situations across different campuses. Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the area.

Must complete onboarding steps:

TB test, physical exam, and fingerprinting (both for agency and district). Commitment to transparency and clear communication.

Deliver direct nursing services to students with a range of health needs. Oversee health and wellness initiatives within assigned school buildings. Communicate and collaborate with staff, students, and parents to promote safety and wellbeing. Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with protocols.
