Schedule/Hours:

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Day shift

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license At least 3 years of recent, dedicated experience working in a cardiac ICU setting Strong background with advanced cardiac monitoring, including Swan-Ganz (PA) or balloon pump management Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-acuity, rapidly evolving environments Current BLS and ACLS certifications Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for critically ill cardiac patients Monitor and manage advanced cardiovascular devices and infusions, such as Swan-Ganz catheters and balloon pumps Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team Respond rapidly to clinical changes and emergent situations Serve as a point of contact for patients and families, providing clear updates and compassionate support Accurately maintain documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies and best practices
