$72/hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide high-quality perioperative nursing care and support surgical patients throughout the pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative process. The ideal candidate will have strong OR experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive and accurate patient assessments. Provide competent nursing care appropriate to the surgical patient population. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency equipment and procedures. Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation. Document nursing care, patient progress, and education in the medical record. Follow hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication with patients, families, and coworkers. Follow National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocol. Use appropriate patient identification and safe transfer techniques. Assess patient understanding of surgical procedures and instructions. Provide pre-operative and post-operative assessment and education. Evaluate Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) orders for appropriateness and potential omissions. Individualize patient care based on the surgical procedure, patient condition, and type of anesthesia. Prioritize patient care based on changing clinical needs. Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure safe and effective patient care. Requirements 3+ years of RN experience- Required Operating Room / Perioperative experience Active RN license
- Required BLS certification
- Required Strong clinical assessment and perioperative nursing skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment. Strong knowledge of patient safety, documentation, and surgical procedures. Preferred CNOR certification
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing #IND10

$2,700.00- $2,800.
