Schedule 36 hours per week 3 x 12-hour shifts

Night Shift:

• 7:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality emergency and critical care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment skills, emergency care experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity. Provide direct nursing care to emergency department patients. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately. Utilize emergency equipment and perform emergency procedures as needed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record. Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, policies, and procedures. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality. Required QualificationsEducation Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Associate Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department, Critical Care, or Cardiac Care experience. Licensure & Certifications Active RN License. BLS Certification. ACLS Certification. PALS Certification. Required Skills Emergency Department Nursing Patient Assessment Emergency Procedures Emergency Equipment Critical Care Nursing Clinical Documentation Patient Education Patient Safety Standards Team Collaboration Communication Skills Additional Information Experience caring for pediatric through geriatric patient populations preferred. • $62 an hour Are you comfortable working on 3-5 months of contract assignment with extensions? Are you a local or traveler
• Travelers are accepted living beyond 50 miles with a copy of their driving license or a state ID stating permanent residency and are eligible for a travel package.
