An MSN or doctorate is preferred. A certification in a nursing specialty of a given NPDP role is recommended and NPDPs for certain specialty areas may also have job-specific qualifications, when appropriate, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
