Summary We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry, playing a vital role in supporting our mission to enhance the life of our clients. This role is essential in providing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care services and ensuring compliance with our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Provide one-to-one care administering prescribed protocols, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and client safety. Conduct assessments and reassessments, utilizing same to develop individualized care plans. Monitor health status and provide education to clients and families on managing health conditions. Supervise and conduct role-specific competency assessments for nurses and home health aides. Conduct clinical orientation for new hires. Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of patient care. Perform and maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting. Maintain standards of care and implement agency policy and procedure, adhering to ethical and legal principles, confidentiality, and client rights. Participate in quality improvement activities as directed. Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled. Qualifications Current unencumbered NJ Registered Professional Nurse (RN) nursing license. BSN preferred; AAS or ADN accepted with relevant experience. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. 5 years current clinical experience as a Registered Nurse; home care experience a plus. Previous supervisory experience preferred. IV certification with meticulous skills and recent experience in managing vascular access devices. Current BLS; ACLS and/or PALS a plus. Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of patient care practices and healthcare regulations. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate approach towards client care.
