Qualifications:
Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license is required BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required At least one year of RN experience required At least one year working in an outpatient setting, preferably in an outpatient primary care or specialty office setting as an RN, is required Ability to confidently administer vaccines to pediatric patients required Must be able to provide care to adults including obstetrics, medical, gyn. Outpatient office experience preferred. Ability to demonstrate rapid assessment skills for a wide range of adult conditions and provide care coordination to a variety of patient populations is highly desired Ability to respond to a high volume of patients in an outpatient setting The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork and flexibility, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of patient centered education are all required.
