Liberty Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our internal Medicine healthcare practice in Holmdel, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys direct patient care. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM No Wednesday or weekend hours Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Provide patient education and preventive healthcare Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Promote a positive, patient-focused practice environment Qualifications Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license APRN certification required Nurse Practitioner experience 1 year minimum.
