This is a dedicated MDS Coordinator role, not a floor position with MDS tacked on. The right MDS Coordinator here is a Registered Nurse (RN) who already knows the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process cold and wants a stable building where they can own it. Prior nursing home experience is required.
