This is a dedicated MDS Coordinator role, not a floor position with MDS tacked on. The right MDS Coordinator here is a Registered Nurse (RN) who already knows the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process cold and wants a stable building where they can own it. Prior nursing home experience is required. We are looking for an MDS Coordinator who has actually completed assessments in a skilled nursing / long-term care (LTC) setting and is comfortable with PDPM (Patient Driven Payment Model) reimbursement.
