Responsibilities Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring client safety and satisfaction Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skin procedures Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols throughout all procedures to ensure a hygienic environment Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines Manage client communication effectively, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience from consultation to follow-up Utilize salon software such as Boulevard for scheduling, record-keeping, and client management Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and aesthetic devices during client visits Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after results and engaging with the community online Collaborate with team members on product demos, guest services, and promotional events to boost client engagement Skills Licensed nursing qualification with experience in injection administration and esthetic treatments Proficiency in managing salon software Strong knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures Excellent communication skills for client consultation, education, and relationship building Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology setting preferred Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes and brand promotion Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining hygiene during all procedures Demonstrated management skills to handle front desk responsibilities and guest services efficiently Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic treatments and industry trends Join us to make a meaningful impact by helping clients look and feel their best!
