Key Qualifications:

Valid NJ RN License required Previous school nursing experience preferred Previous experience with G-tubes a plus Capable of in-person, on-site assignments only Willing to ride the bus with the student (8-8:15 AM 3:30 PM, MondayFriday)

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive one-on-one care for a medically fragile student Provide G-tube care and monitor the students health throughout the school day Accompany student on bus rides to and from school Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate health records and comply with school protocols
