Premier Health currently serves patients with 14 locations throughout Sussex, Warren, and Morris Counties in NJ and Pike County, PA. Premier Health Associates is seeking full-time Registered Nurses to join our multispecialty ambulatory surgery center team located in Sparta, NJ. Our licensed outpatient facility specializes in Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Orthopedics and Pain Management and performs procedures Monday- Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license (required)
• Current BLS and ACLS (required)
• Minimum of 2 years perioperative experience in an outpatient surgery center setting
• Flexibility to work Saturday rotation (required)
• Orthopedic experience (a plus)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with all healthcare team members in delivering evidence-based care to patients.
• Applies the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned including but not limited to performing as a Circulating, Pre-Op, Endoscopy, and PACU RN, as needed.
• Administers medications accurately and in accordance with the restrictions and limitations set by the New Jersey State Practice Act and the Center's policies and procedures.
• Maintains required competencies.
• Participates in continuing education.
