$55,000 to $60,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate and complete Infant and Early Childhood Relational Health Training. Gain general knowledge of substance use disorders and treatment modalities including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Participate and complete training in Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse; Assist the Senior Director of Substance Use and Peer Services in planning, implementing and evaluating community education presentations. Conduct community outreach for the following programs: Pathways to Recovery

OP-SUD, SHE, HER

IOP, ASA, Safe Passage IOP, and OFW. Outreach to include regular contact with schools, participation in community events, meetings with community agencies. Develop SUD and Peer Program community education. Obtain updates from programs to be shared with community stakeholders through regularly scheduled meetings. Maintain adequate documentation of all community education activities; Provide substance abuse prevention services to individuals/groups both professional and general community members. Attend State, County and other stakeholder meetings as needed. Adhere to all Center for Family Services, SUD Programs, Peer Programs and other relevant guidelines and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma, GED NCPRSS or CPRS Two years of Personal Recovery, compassion for others in recovery, public speaking skills, pleasant demeanor, time management and organizational skills Must have been a licensed driver for at least three years. Must pass an initial and ongoing motor vehicle record check evaluations. Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License in the state of his/her residence.

Ability to sit for up to 7 hours Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
