Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum one year of recent experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care nursing Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Experience with electronic medical records preferredPrimary Responsibilities:
Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals requiring rehabilitation or long-term support Monitoring patient progress and collaborating in developing individualized care plans Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders Educating patients and families on ongoing care and recovery processes Documenting observations and maintaining accurate medical records Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and contributing to care team goalsOutstanding Benefits and Perks:
