An Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on severity Administer medications and treatments per protocols Assist physicians during emergency procedures Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs Document assessments and interventions accurately in electronic medical records Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills:
One year of recent ER RN experience Valid RN license and current certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC
Strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to perform required tasks and work effectively under pressure Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC systems
