Job Description

The Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) at Villa Guadalupe (Gallup, NM) supports the Little Sisters of the Poor's vision by providing compassionate care to vulnerable elderly residents. Responsibilities include delivering and supervising medical and personal care, promoting person-centered services, and ensuring residents' overall well-being according to care plans. Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a valid RN license in New Mexico, preferably with at least one year of experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or psychiatric care. Current CPR/BLS certification is needed along with the ability to serve as a Charge Nurse and oversee nursing operations. The work schedule includes shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, four days a week, totaling 32 hours with weekends included.
