Job Description

This temp-to-perm Operating Room Circulator Registered Nurse position in eastern Gallup, NM offers up to $2,850 weekly compensation based on experience. The role involves coordinating patient care throughout surgery, ensuring a sterile environment, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining documentation as part of a supportive surgical team with potential for permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process Prepare the OR by ensuring equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and sterile Assist surgical teams while maintaining a sterile environment Monitor patients' vital signs and condition throughout surgery Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and comfort Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and scrub techs
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico or compact license AHA BLS and ACLS certifications CNOR certification (preferred) Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) Minimum 1 year of recent OR circulator experience
