Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (length and specifics based on facility need) Rotating shifts and possible flexibility for work-life balance
Required Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license, eligible in the state of New Mexico At least 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to work with varied teams and settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care in a Medical-Surgical unit Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer treatments Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary care teams and families Document patient progress and care activities accurately Promote a safe and supportive environment for all patients
