Category Nursing - RN-Operating Room Job Type Travel Experience the vibrant culture and endless outdoor adventures of Mesilla Park, NM, during your next travel nursing assignment. Set in the picturesque Mesilla Valley of southern New Mexico, this opportunity offers the perfect combination of professional advancement and lifestyle enrichment. Surrounded by year-round sunshine, renowned green chile farms, and the awe-inspiring Organ Mountains, you'll have endless opportunities to hike, bike, and explore stunning destinations like White Sands National Park. As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you'll work alongside a Joint Commission Accredited hospital recognized as a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center. This environment promises exposure to a broad spectrum of patient care and diverse surgical procedures, all while collaborating with award-winning teams and leaders who value innovation and compassionate care. Schedule/Hours Weekly orientation every Monday Standard full-time travel assignment
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license andBLS/ACLS
certification (additional certifications may be required per current standards) Minimum 2 years' recent Operating Room experience Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills in surgical settings Must reside 60+ miles from Mesilla Park, NM to qualify as a traveler Eligible for New Mexico fingerprinting and background check prior to hire (14-day waiver available while processing)Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care across various surgical cases Provide close collaboration with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and state regulations Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiativesBenefits and Perks:
