Job Description

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Las Vegas, NM, to hire compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses looking to make a meaningful impact, for their Medical Surgical team. As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized care to patients while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
Schedule:
Full-Time Days Nights What You'll Do Responsibilities Include:
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and disease prevention Support patients through examinations, treatments, procedures, and recovery Maintain accurate documentation and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred 1+ year of Registered Nurse experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred Active New Mexico RN license & Current BLS certification What You Can Expect Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with up to 5% employer match
