Shift:
3x12 Nights | Travel - Temporary Assignment This assignment places you in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting, providing inpatient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, clinical assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility / Hospital environment Quick start with fast credentialing processes Responsibilities Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments per policy for all patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Adjust the plan of care based on patient response to treatment; evaluate and revise the standard of care daily as indicated. Develop and evaluate teaching plans, involving family as appropriate; educate patients and families on pain management strategies. Assist physicians with procedures and provide skilled nursing care and procedures within licensure scope; operate equipment safely. Communicate clearly with the Nurse Manager, colleagues, physicians, and other healthcare professionals; coordinate with social services/discharge planning for in-hospital and post-discharge needs. Document care in accordance with current standards; address psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual needs; maintain patient confidentiality; liaise with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs. Manage and supervise patient care as permitted within licensure; foster professional relationships within the department and with other units.
