The Director of Women's Services will join a mission-driven, patient-centered organization recognized for exceptional quality outcomes, low infection rates, and outstanding patient satisfaction scores, all supported by transparent reporting and advanced analytics. This leader will have the opportunity to guide a highly engaged team within a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Director of Maternal Child Health will guide a dynamic Women's Services Unit that spans the Mother Baby Unit, Postpartum Unit, Antepartum Unit, and Perinatal Services Unit, anchored by a high-acuity Labor and Delivery service. The unit features a Level III NICU and Maternal Fetal Medicine program for high-risk pregnancies , a footprint of 20 labor and delivery rooms with a 31-bed Mother Baby unit , a nationally accredited Breast Care Center with advanced 3D mammography , and a Center of Excellence for minimally invasive gynecology and robotic surgery . The Director of Labor and Delivery will report to a Chief Nursing Officer within a collaborative structure that partners closely with obstetric and neonatal leadership. They will support strategic planning, quality and safety metrics, budget stewardship, and regulatory readiness, while advancing patient experience, throughput, and Just Culture principles. This role is supported by experienced charge nurses, educators, and clinical specialists, and benefits from friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that values shared leadership, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
